CHS Urban Farming by the Numbers

  • 6 daily classes

  • 3/4 acre of growing space

  • 20 fruit trees

  • 15 hens

  • 1 curious red-tailed hawk

  • 1-2000 lbs. of produce distributed to the community annually (depending on the groundhogs)
